We stand behind our product 100%. If you're not completely satisfied with Shroomsy Mushroom Coffee for any reason, you have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a full refund. No hoops to jump through, no attitude—just a straightforward refund.

How to Request a Refund

To initiate a return or refund, follow these simple steps:

  1. Contact us within 30 days of receiving your order

  3. Provide your order number and reason for return (optional but appreciated)
  4. We'll send you return instructions and a prepaid shipping label

Refund Processing Time

Once we receive your returned product, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days. The refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow an additional 3-5 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank or credit card company.

Return Shipping

We provide a prepaid return shipping label for all returns within the contiguous United States. For returns from Alaska, Hawaii, or U.S. territories, please contact us for specific return instructions.

Condition of Returned Items

We accept returns of opened and partially used products. We understand that you need to try Shroomsy to see if it works for you. However, we do ask that you return the product in its original packaging when possible.

Damaged or Defective Products

If you receive a damaged or defective product:

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a replacement for any reason, please request a refund for your original order and place a new order. If you're within the 30-day guarantee period, we'll process your refund quickly so you can reorder without delay.

Cancellations

You can cancel your order at any time before it ships by contacting us at support@tryshroomsy.com or calling (646) 665-2690. Once an order has shipped, it will need to be returned following our standard return process.

Non-Refundable Items

All Shroomsy products are eligible for refund within the 30-day guarantee period. There are no non-refundable items at this time.
