Shipping Policy

Quick Summary: Orders placed before 5 PM EST on weekdays ship same day. All orders are fulfilled through Amazon and typically arrive within 2-5 business days.
Processing Time
Orders placed before 5:00 PM EST on weekdays (Monday-Friday) will be processed and shipped the same business day. Orders placed after 5:00 PM EST or on weekends/holidays will be processed the next business day.
Shipping Methods & Delivery Times
All Shroomsy products are fulfilled through Amazon's logistics network, ensuring fast and reliable delivery:
- Standard Shipping: 3-5 business days
- Expedited Shipping: 2-3 business days (available at checkout)
- Amazon Prime Members: 1-2 business days with free shipping
Shipping Locations
We currently ship to all 50 U.S. states, including Alaska and Hawaii. International shipping is not available at this time.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method. Amazon Prime members receive free standard shipping on all eligible orders.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. You can track your package through Amazon's order tracking system or directly through the carrier's website.
Delivery Issues
If your package is delayed, lost, or damaged during shipping:
- Contact us immediately at support@tryshroomsy.com or call (646) 665-2690
- We will work with the carrier to locate your package or send a replacement
- If the package is lost, we will issue a full refund or send a replacement at no additional cost
Address Changes
If you need to change your shipping address, please contact us as soon as possible. Once an order has been shipped, we cannot modify the delivery address. You may need to work with the carrier directly to redirect the package.
P.O. Boxes & Military Addresses
We ship to P.O. Boxes and APO/FPO military addresses. Please note that delivery times to these locations may be longer than standard residential addresses.
Holidays & Weather Delays
Shipping times may be affected during peak holiday seasons or severe weather conditions. We will do our best to notify you of any anticipated delays.
